Treatments
I offer tailored treatments that support recovery, balance, and wellbeing. Whether you’re training for an event, easing work-related tension, or simply seeking calm, I’m here to help you feel your best—inside and out.
Take a look at the treatments below and if your unsure what may be the best fit for you or you would like a combination of treatments, feel free to contact me to discuss.

Sports Massage
This is a tailored treatment with a personalised and targeted approach to muscle relaxation and relief. For your first visit for sports massage you will require the 'initial consultation and sports massage' service. This slightly longer session gives me time to carry out a thorough assessment which allows me to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs for optimum results prior to your first sports massage. Following the first treatment you can then choose from session lengths of 30, 45, or 60 minutes to fit your schedule.
Sports Massage treatments utilise deep pressure and during treatments I may use various techniques such as soft tissue massage, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, passive stretching, and more. All these techniques are aimed to address the tension/tight areas in your body bringing relief, freer movement and improved range of motion.

The benefits of sports massage extends far beyond athletes and the sporting community. Sports massage can benefit so many of us as it can help reduce muscular tension, enhance flexibility and mobility, improve circulation, and promote faster recovery from both physical and mental fatigue. It's not all elbows and deep pressure - it will help calm your nervous system too! So, regardless of your age or activity level, you can still experience the many benefits that sports massage has to offer.

Hot /Cold Stone Massage
A hot stones massage, takes the properties of gentle, calming warmth, and combines this with all of the benefits of massage to create the ultimate relaxation for body and mind promoting a great sense of well-being. The heat from the basalt stones sinks deeply into the muscles encouraging them to really let go, easing tension and calming pain.

The naturally cold marble stones (cryotherapy), can help contract muscles, increase circulation, help to alleviate pain and bloating, by cooling down the muscles and skin, cold stone massage therapy feels soothing, calming, refreshing, and rejuvenating throughout the body, which can also reduce stress, relieve tension, and boost energy levels. (wonderful in the warm summer months!)
Hot and cold stone massage is a versatile therapy, useful for anyone looking for really deep relaxation or relief from tension. The stones can be used in combination with each other throughout a treatment or just on their own if prefer only hot or cold therapy.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is an oil/lotion free treatment which uses slow, gentle, rhythmic techniques that follow the body's lymph pathways. The pressure is light and controlled, designed to encourage lymph flow toward the lymph nodes so the body can process and clear it more efficiently. It's not deep or uncomfortable work -it's calm, precise, and supportive. Unlike blood circulation, your lymphatic system doesn't have its own pump - it relies on breathing , movement , and gentle muscle activity to keep things flowing. When the lymphatic system slows down, fluid can build up, leaving the body feeling heavy, sluggish, tight and/or inflamed.
MLD can help support:
-
Lymphoedema
-
Post surgical recovery (cosmetic/medical)
-
Peri/Menopause/PMT
-
Migraines/Sinus issues/Brain fog (Glymphatic (head/face) treatment)
-
Stress/Anxiety/calming the nervous system
-
Digestive discomfort (IBS) / Bloating
-
Ongoing inflammation or stiffness (sprains/strains)
-
Water retention (Oedema)
-
Feeling sluggish fatigued
-
A heavy or "puffy" feeling in the body
The goal is to restore balance, help the body feel lighter, move more freely, and recover more efficiently.

For your first visit for Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage you will require the 'initial consultation and first MLD treatment' service. This longer first appointment allows time to take a comprehensive history, discuss and assess your specific needs before starting your tailored treatment. Subsequent treatment durations will be tailored to each individuals requirements.
